Makoto from the Legend of Basara.
Episode 1
I have always liked Makoto's character in this series. His interactions with Sarasa always amused me. This cel shows just how noble-looking he could be.
I believe this is when Sarasa is remembering Makoto's sacrifice as she decides to dress as Tatara to save the villagers.
