Zazu from the second season of Magic Knights Rayearth.
Zazu is the extremely short teen mechanic of Eagle's forces. He has an obsession with pretty girls (in particular someone even shorter or younger than him. Like for example:Hikaru) and machinery. He also has a strong like for alcohol and often bothers Geo to get him some.
