Yuuhi from Ayashi no Ceres.
No line fading, but has missing paint right above his ear. Otherwise, he's in great condition. Its like a little dot, you can't even see it on the scan. I could just be really picky though.
I love the detail put into the design for his headband. Pretty eyes, too.
